“Send me to the city of my fathers' graves, that I may rebuild it”. Nehemiah 2: 5

These were the words of Nehemiah before the king of Babylon when he heard the news about the ruin of Jerusalem's walls. Today we are facing a similar situation for our Nation. After 46 years of independence, we are not better. And we need to rebuild our nation. Apart from a very few people who take advantage of the regime, the majority of the Malagasy People has seen his living conditions worsen. 

Institutional crises and economic crises followed one another these last years. The Malagasy Currency (MGA) did not cease tumbling down carrying in its fall the purchasing power of each citizen, while inflation increased exponentially. Worse still, mentalities were degraded and selfishness took the top on patriotism. The hopes flew in glare with the passing of years. Today, it is not any more surprising if youth only aspires to emigrate and flee the country. And the people are satisfied to survive and feel impotent in front of the threats of the future.

It is first of all to avoid total chaos that Reverend Rajakoba and this ' think tank ' propose their services. After the various events which poked frustrations of any kind since 2002 so far, Madagascar needs a Conciliator as President. His role will be first of all to restore the climate of mutual respect and confidence. We must restore the national unity. The good choice of the next President is the indispensable condition to ensure peace and political stability.

The second reason which leads the group to offer its services is the rebuilding of our nation. This rebuilding requires on the one hand reforms to transform mentality, to raise the level of education and the outputs of each individual. Our program of development thus envisages measurements of reform in the sector of Education, Research and mass-communication. Indeed,  a good training and education of each citizen is the first condition of the durable development. It is necessary to also stress the importance of the leaders' behaviors who must contribute to this role of education. The two basic criteria which characterize this group are: honesty and competence.

Is needed that any person in charge has an exemplary behavior, to hope for a true change of mentality, because like one says it, the example comes from above. The group very does not promise a continuation the facility, because efforts must be provided by all, leader or leaded, even if that must start with the austerity. In addition, this context of globalization, we need to evolve/move to change our methods of organization and work. And this rebuilding will be concretized by key actions such as:

• Adoption of an attractive economic policy to encourage local investors to invest in carrying crenels such as renewable energies, tourism or of other sectors; the role of the State being regulation (or the State having a regulating role).
• Increase production by the modernization of the breeding, fishing, of agriculture, industry, various sectors and regulation the exploitation of the resources basement.
• A better international integration of our economy by adopting an attractive policy to attract foreign investments and to increase the volume foreign trade.

We will rebuild our country together. And what we propose, it is a new departure:

• A new departure on the cultural level
• A new departure on the political level by the re-establishment of a climate of confidence and national cohesion
• A new departure which is based on the application of the modern principles of management which tend to encourage all the citizens to contribute to the economic development
• A new departure which will make reappear the hope, patriotism and enthusiasm

The choice is clear for each voter, either to venture it towards more social misery, or the new departure based on the sane bases of confidence and progress.
